“The essence of executive coaching is helping leaders work through their dilemmas so they can transform their learning directly into results for the organization” – Mary Beth O’Neill
One of the most important parts of executive coaching is to help leaders work through their difficult situations so that they can transform their learning into results for the organization. Together, we will create a managed coaching relationship wherein given sufficient time and the proper motivation, can lead to impressive results.
During the executive coaching sessions, I will share several frameworks, images, and metaphors in order to help the executive move forward. As the client, you will be challenged to increase your level of leadership knowledge to go beyond your current level of competence. I will help you identify your current capabilities by administering the Leadership Circle Profile, which measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. We will use the results to map out your desired areas of improvement.
“We lead by being human. We do not lead by being corporate, by being professional or by being institutional.” – Paul Hawkins
The main purpose of leadership coaching is to help leaders, at all levels from upcoming to very experienced, to transform themselves into a leader that is truly worthy of being followed.
I will use several different leadership transformational coaching frameworks in order to help you achieve the results you desire. The coaching sessions will include all topics on work related areas of performance (personal, interpersonal, technical or business skills). I will act as your guide by challenging and supporting you in achieving your personal and organizational goals.
“The journey of looking inward becomes our greatest gift – our most profound adventure. There is no short-cut to doing this inner work, but it is so worth it. The path to peace, and success on so many levels requires deep compassion for the parts of us that feel lost or stuck. This is the foundation from which real transformation becomes exponentially powerful. The exciting part is coming to a place of feeling so truly alive and living your purpose with full strides.”
— Allison Massari
There are many reasons for wanting personal developmental coaching. I have personally experienced this type of coaching in order to help me work through the day-to-day challenges of moving towards my personal goals, as well as discovering ways to respond to difficult people and challenging situations. Personal developmental coaching can help you make clear decisions, develop a foundation of personal well-being, and improve every aspect of your life.
Career developmental coaching is a type of personal coaching that helps people find greater fulfillment in their careers by establishing professional goals, creating a plan and overcoming obstacles that may be in the way.
As your career developmental coach, I can help you with a wide variety of career-related goals and issues. Some people obtain career developmental coaching because they’re stuck in a job that they hate or that brings no meaning or purpose to their lives, others are challenged by the inability to balance their work lives with their personal lives. Other people may know exactly what they want to do with their lives, but need help finding and executing a plan to get there. Career developmental coaching can help people with all of these areas and much more.
Regardless of your reason, if you are looking to improve your career and professional life, career developmental coaching can be customized to suit your professional needs and goals.
